We are interested in remodeling. Where do we start?

Start by calling Fix It Home Repair and scheduling a free in-home estimate. At this time, the estimator can look at your unique situation and help figure out the best way to make your ideas a reality.

Are you bonded, and insured?

Yes, we maintain the required bonds and liability insurance.  We are reputable professionals.

Do you provide plans and permits?

Yes, we can do the design work, engineering, and provide the permit. We can also work with your plans.

Do you use sub-contractors?

Yes, for the larger jobs, we use sub-contractors for specific trades such as framing, roofing, drywall, etc. All of our in-house crews are "do it all" type crews. They are reserved for small jobs ($15,000 or less) and do the prep for subs on larger jobs.

What type of job does Fix It Home Repair do?

Fix It Home Repair will do any size job from repair work to major remodel and custom homes. Everyone's needs are different. We will try to accommodate them all.
